NeoN Converter

Hi!

Just wondering if anyone has ever got the NeoN converter to work. I used NeoN a lot back in the day but could never get the converter to convert from 3dstudio .3ds files to NeoNs native format. I always got the "out of memory" error. I assumed it was because I only had a 4mb Falcon. Now I am running NeoN on a 14Mb machine but still get the same error message no matter how small and simple the .3ds file is. I have tried many .3ds files, both from 3dstudio itself and from various converters and also from 3ds Max. Is the converter broken?
