I remember enjoying the demo I got of this game (maybe on Zero magazine?) but I'm not having a great time so far! 🤣

The gear system is pretty redundant, the 90 turns are glitchy and weird and frustrating when you hit things that you can't see coming. The horn doesn't seem to do anything. The brake is waaaaay too sensitive. Apart from that, it's amazing! :D

I do like the drums, though. They sound great. And the first street is called Nob Hill, so this game is a 10/10.

First attempt. Didn't make it off the first stage: 438680

Two turns and then I run out of time on the first track :(

This is a laggy piece of p**...sorry I probably won't play this more.
I would have cursed this back in 1990.

It is probably okaish with 16MHz boost but I prefer to play with an authentic 8MHz 512K configuration.

I haven't found a version that works for me yet but it sounds like I'm not missing much :-)

PP version hangs
Dbug version missing
Version on a Zuul menu also bombs

I played yesterday, and for me that game is worth to play. I like the 90 degree turns, something and that the game is not that easy. But since it's predictable its a matter of training.

I couldn't get the HDD patched version named https://atari.8bitchip.info/dwnld.php?get=CISCOH.ZIP CISCOH GameX to run.

But the other one https://atari.8bitchip.info/dwnld.php?get=CISCOHJY.ZIP HAGA version worked for me.

I had to get my son to help me, since I'm visually impaired, but this was the best we got.

Runs silky smooth on the Mega STE btw. Paging DML, you did a great job with the STE code. :D

And it is on one of the earlier disks together with Rodland. I used that one.

I won't be playing it again :p Horrible game.
Runs a lot nicer on Mega STE but I felt that was cheating a bit so I played it at 8mhz

I must admit that I quite like this game. Feels like driving by the seat of my pants :-)

True, the frame rate is a bit low but the amount of colour on screen is ambitious. Perhaps too ambitious some might say :-)

It was certainly a bit confusing but perhaps that made it more realistic
