Digital Impact sample editor

Hello

I may release soon a freeware (and unprotected) version of Digital Impact, a sample editor I released and sold in 1991 for Atari ST/STE/TT.

Unfortunately, this software is fully in french. But if someone here wan't to test it, I will be happy to share a download link before the final release.

I do not know French, and only way to actually play the samples I found, was to open "Outils" -> "Numeriser" dialog and click '>' button there. Which seems very awkward for a sample editor.

Is there some other way to play them?

Press the Alternate key.

And right click to display the tools window

1,2,3,...: switch to specific sample window
Insert: show current sample info
Ctrl-W: close all windows
Ctrl-E: receive MIDI?
Ctrl-M: send MIDI?

I'm the author of Steinberg Soundworks FZ1 too, but I need an approval of Steinberg before releasing an unprotected version (not a cracked one, the real one without any protection). But I don't have anymore contacts with Steinberg…
