Quartus Lite download

"Quartus Prime Lite Edition (Free) Quartus Prime (includes Nios II EDS)" download button does nothing at all for me.
18.1 version gives me a "legal disclaimer" box. Click "agree" on that & nothing else happens.

Using Chrome by default. Tried Edge. Tried turning off HTTPS Everywhere & uBlock Origin...
