Hope no one minds but I added a PR for a Neo Geo adapter variant I put together based on the Sega code.
I don't think I've missed anything but it seems to work just fine with my AES stick. Does need a wiring diagram making though which I'm happy to do.

go on. NeoGeo is basically arcade adapter as it's simply bare buttons without any circuit. Basically witchmaster has this arcade adapter in his repo.
