Mister and Amiga with VBS

I want to know if the mister supports rs 232 to connect a Video Backup System (VBS) for the Amiga. The VBS was very popular and I have a lot of cassettes with backups I need to rescue but I don’t have any Amiga but I was looking the mister could be a strong option. Or is there any other who can be able to accept rs 232?
