Nice Slide Show
, thanks FedePede04 !
the slide run on Hataroid emulator but not on my real STe (with SatanDisk Hard drive),
it freeze after the first earth picture
, the music and the scroll text are OK
.
I'll try with a simple floppy to see.

Re: Space Slide Show...
Many thanks, and thanks for reporting, i know Ataricrypt have it running on a STE with a SataDisk,
maybe he can say if he do something special to make it run,
i know there have been some trouble if there are left overs of the long filename.
you could try removing the FONT.GFX or the SCTXT.TXT This should disable the open bottom border.

Yes, it seems to work fine for me and my lovely STe. I did try on Hatari and the current upload Peter made works fine. (TOS 1.62 STe 4mb)

Re: Space Slide Show...
sometimes it is hard to develop things that you don't self have the hardware, i am thinking of buying a ultrasata myself, would make a lot easier to test.
it can also be that i developer it in emulator, that always run optimal...
i will try to compare my new code with some old code to see if i have change much

Hi
I was thinking if you could test these 2 prg files on your HardDisk. just put the into your slideshow directory.
removed attachment new prg uploaded

i think i know the reason why i did not work, your hard disk driver must use "Timer C"
and i had disabled it to remove flickering.
i think that i have found a very easy way to sync the "Timer C"
if my way work then this file should work

Re: Space Slide Show...
The music is more speed?
I run the slide then ESC : return to desktop and mouse key are OK.
I run the slide a new time: the screen flicker and no double clicks again.

Re: Space Slide Show...
At any moment the slide freeze with wrong palette on picture, no scrolltext but music is playing.
When the slide run normally i can exit to desktop and try the demo again without trouble.
