My first try with Photochrome

Hi all.

First, please let me say that i will not brake the rules in this forum.

Four years ago, i was on an American Carwash Day in Freiburg (Germany).
There was this Body Painted Girl, standing on an old BMW.
Last Year i discovered Photochrome for my STe and i tried to convert my own Photos.
The result was verry impressive. Especially the Attached Photo
I never thought that 512/4096 Colors look so amazing on Photochrome.

Anyway, here it is....

I also uploaded the the Original File and the converted TGA for Photochrome 4, packed in the RAR File.

Indeed, those are a cracking pair of Photochromes.

... It is good quality though! Just slightly big for a normal low-rez STE screen.

There was consideration and some early coding for an STe version of Apex Media which would have used the Photochrome display routines, so possibly truecolour animations via that route without perhaps the fancy Falcon morphing studio.

But not to be

I always thought that was the actual Photochrome image!

Just looked at both and they are showing 40,000+ colours when clearly the max would be 512/4096.

Anyone got a screenshot of the actual pic on an ST via an emulator etc?
