change of email?

hi to whom may be can change my email ?
my normal email was not accepted, claiming its a "spam domain !"

but i would like this as this is what i regularly check

We have to keep a balance between legit users and spammers. Unfortunately, Gmail is a regularly used by spammers. We added that domain to the spam domain list - as did other forums - many, many years ago. If we unblock it, we open the floodgates

Is it a blanket ban of the domain, or can you enable it for established, known accounts? I think I have Gmail on my account.... please don't block it!
