Jaguar ports ?

Post by TXG/MNX »

Hi,

I wonder if the RG would like to port some games to the Jaguar. You made some incredible great games.
There is a GCC 'C' compiler for the Jag maybe that will be easier to port some games like 'bugger' to the jaguar.

Releasing a game for a jaguar is also much easier now, because there is a this JAGFREE CD format which allows you to run homebrew games, code from CD. Maximum size of a program can be 2Mb...

Any interest ?

There's not enough hours in the day to work on ST stuff or Falcon stuff and soon we'll have to make things for CT60!

If someone else wants to port our games to Jaguar they should get in touch with the Pink one... email on our site. Although some older stuff was lost forever the day Pinky's internal died... IBM, your drives are poo!

Hmm any news on this, are you interested ? There is a market for new games on the jaguar... Games can be released on CD and now the encryption is available people can make cd's that run on any jaguar + cd system without needing the BYPASS trick...

I would love to see a bomberman, frogger on the JAG...
