Post by bid »

Anyone seen this animation before?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=33fqet2op7Y

Does anyone know what software this might have been created with? Its one of the best 16 colour animations I have ever seen! 8O

Anyone have any better examples?

Apparently it's Cad 3D 2 and Cyberpaint 2.0. This info pop up for a split second at the very end of the vid.

It is indeed a very nice piece of work.

These are great!!

Also, this guy Theo Jansen http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theo_Jansen seems to have used Atari ST to make animated kinetic sculptures. Im trying to find a good copy of them or the software ... video is here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-S68WKk_U-w .... quite interesting

Indeedy. I never had CAD 3D 2, but I'll bet a lot of fun could have been had with this.
