CPU temperature transiver IC on CT60e?

Post by mpattonm »

Gentlemen,

does anyone of you know what make/type is the IC used on CT60e to read the 68060 temperature over I2C? It is located south of 68060 socket, labeled U1, QFN-16 package. If I read this correctly, chip surface is labeled "M3T3 AGHI" with what may be Freescale logo above it. Google search does not return anything useful.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

It is a Freescale ARM, it emulates chip used in CT60.
