41600 very Difficult

Ok 41600 in Stage 3 was a really bad score I know. Now got 161250 in Stage 10. I choosed "Very Difficulty" because the game should not take hours.

In fact the game is really difficult in very difficult mode because the baloons are very fast.
The game is more easy in normal difficulty, the reactions/reflexes are less solicited.
Some stages need a good strategy so you must learn and discover somes tactics (kill the good balloon before another balloon, position in the map, etc.)
We gain lot of lives in this games with the progression of the score and in some stages you can find a hidden life, you must shoot all plate-forms for that !
More you play more you progress :)

Good advice, and playing through in a cheat mode first to learn it all! :)

Actually I think I did play so much I could finish the game with out losing a life... but that was a while ago... I had Pang on the +3 too Brilliant!

There's a Pang/Breakout/Turrican inspired game I found on the Mac a couple of weeks back... I'll drop in the link!

Thanks for participating. First round of STOT Classics is over. The idea of having more games in competitions at once worked well for me.
