Discovery Cartridge eBay Auction

Post by mlynn1974 »

This isn't my auction but might be of interest:

£165 seems a bit steep.
Still got, still working: Atari 4Mb STe, 520STFM (x2), 2.5Mb STF, Atari 2600JR, Flashback 8 Gold.
Hardware: Cumana CSA 354, Ultimate Ripper, Blitz Turbo, Synchro Express II (US and UK Versions).

It does, normally they seem to go for ~$100 for option 0.

This is an option 2 though, which I suspect might be a bit more, but if it also had the Mac ROMs and spectre, I could certainly understand the asking price.
Updated my guides as of june 28th, 2016. Check'em out and feedback!

I'm not sure if the Discovery Cartridge is necessary at all. It might be a nice collectors item due to its rarity and value. An option 2 might be nice as it would be the most advanced.
You need to write configure files to read exotic disk formats. I am thinking that that a Kyroflux and a nice PC setup might be the best idea these days.
