Also archived here as PDF-compilations. Some of them are a bit big in size, but wanted to keep the full original resolution of these photos. Personally I've spent hours and hours in searching all the fascinating details from these photo sets :) They will also help me a lot to get a wider picture of ...

Re: Atari Photos

Is there any chance that we can figure out the years where the events took place, esp. the Atari Fair? ScanImage 105.jpg in that directory has ST Magazin 8/1990 on the top row. But then again i haven't found anything about STPAD being shown to public before 1991. Also a Finnish computer magazine Mi...

Re: Atari Photos

Anyway, Phil has sent me some more stuff. A page from the Paragon Report. It's a little scathing of Amiga but a really funny and entertaining read! He's asking if he should scan all 400+ pages over 30 issues for the Atari Community. The sample is too large to upload here, so it's in the drive: http...

Re: Atari Photos

I'm afraid I don't know any Atari-specific site that would collect photos. Atarimania, has a lot of categories for videos, brochures, and the like, but iirc none for photos. We have "Dealer Documents" section under "Books/Docs". If anyone want to collect the fotos to a single pdf-file, or send them...

Re: HELP, Is there a Disk Based TOS 1.04 anywhere?

I've catalogued two versions of 1.04.
This might be the one Ijor is referring to. It's the Swedish release.

The other one is this Spanish release:

Re: Metal Slug (Mission 1) port for Atari STE - Completed

I guess CosmosEx initializing takes some ram before PP driver loads and that's probably why your game won't launch. CE drivers can be bypassed on boot but maybe some precious bytes gets wasted anyway. It's my only hard disk device. I guess I need to buy one of your devices for memory hungry stuff.....

Re: Sparrow inspection

Thanks for checking. It's all I got. The XGA stuff has some C-sources where usage is explained. I think you need an example image file to get it to show something. /*** xga.c * * XGA - display a picture (series of pictures) in XGA mode * on Sparrow * * xga {-s} {-i} {-n} file{.XGA} * * uses either V...

Re: Metal Slug (Mission 1) port for Atari STE - Completed

Haven't succeeded in loading this yet. Tried on both 4mb STe and MegaSTe with CosmosEx and PP driver taking 41kb of ram. There's absolutely nothing extra than CE boot message and PP driver partition selection. Booting from 511mb partition "J" in this case. Anyone else with CosmosEx having any succe...

MegaSTEarian wrote: Wed Apr 21, 2021 8:58 am Do you have any Falcon 040 schematics?
Sorry, no schematics. These files only has TOS-based software and source code. Everything else is probably somewhere at Atari Museum's vaults. Hopefully someone will some day have access to them and document everything that's possible.

Re: Is there any way to run this test cart on Hatari?

Very interesting find! Where did you get it? In any case: This accesses registers that are not present in a regular Falcon (but presumably in the never finalized 040 Falcon). This is why it does not run on Hatari. Thanks for the info. I have bunch of old Atari Corp. files i've been sorting and test...

Is there any way to run this test cart on Hatari?

Hi, i've got a few different versions of this F4 Monitor BIN file which i've been trying to run on Hatari. So far no luck as i'm no programmer :( Could anyone help to get it running? Does it need a header of some sort or something else. Thanks!

Re: Sparrow inspection

This has allowed me to do further (software) testing as until now I had it connected to TV a couple of meters away from my laptop, therefore only the HxC was usable, making loading new software incredibly annoying. Hi, could you test these programs to see if they run? http://www.atarimania.com/list...

I also tried the latest version, but the fire button is not recognised by STeem 4.02. The earlier STe-version without title music works fine.

Many thanks for these ports! Plays very well on stock Falcon already. Need to test how it runs on Mega STe next.

Keep up the good work,

Re: Shades of Circuits - a MaxYMiser album

Thanks for the album.
I've listened to 5 songs so far and i really like your stuff. I can easily imagine these tunes playing in a background of some commercial fantasy themed ST adventure game from the early 90's. Or a pinball game, or a platformer, or...

Great job indeed
