Re: MyAES 0.98

First test use rezmode=1 to check Just setup # vsetmode = 27 rezmode = 1 # esetshift= 0 in MYAES.CNF but same behaviour and Mint is stalled. I check changed in XaAES log, only recent change is for ET4000 that need not use v_opnwk but rather v_opnvwk because driver already init at start, I don't thi...

Re: MyAES 0.98

Yeah, Hatari is great and very handy for quick 'n fast testing :) Meanwhile I did a test with the real TT, but failed as MyAES is hitting the same graphics problem as XaAES did in the past. My TT is driven with a Matrix TC1208 graphics card with NVDI5 and I had to wait years before they got it fixe...

Re: MyAES 0.98

Yes AES threads are very interesting for software that need to do a lot of calculations, I think to video player, GEM games .... unfortunately it will work only under MyAES or Magic. I'm not sure this implementation is fully compatible with Magic one, I try to do my best for this but without softwa...

Re: MyAES 0.98

I am very happy to announce new version of MyAES Hi Olivier, I always found MyAES too heavy for use on stock machines, but I've just had a play with this and I must say the new speed improvements are exceptional. It took me a while to get it to work with MiNT -- I'd missed it needs a valid shell an...

Re: MyAES 0.98

Hello, Thanks for the update and all the work. I read also you website, where you compare different machines with different setups. MyAES 0.98

Hello I am very happy to announce new version of MyAES, a modern and fast aes for Mint, it take me long time to propose this new version (3 years and half) but this was quite difficult work as most was focus on kernel event manager, to be at the level for this point to better aes available, I think ...

Re: FreeMiNT STE and Hatari

How do you measure the performance loss? But yes, the current kernels are too slow for 8MHz systems, to such a degree that you'll loose keypresses when typing fast. I have put the 68000-version of VanillaMiNT on hold because of this. Even if slow you should not lost keypressed! I test the lost with...
