MiSTer sets resolution according to ini regardless default resolution in the core.

I'm trying the open source scaler (from Arcade-Sinistar) and it compiles very fast, but the image looks much worse than VIP.

EDIT: I'm stupid, copying the sys folder from Arcade Sinistar messed up my PLL settings. It seems to be working very well and I can generate RBF which is incredible! The compile time is incredible!!!
