Falcon mini audio jack replacement parts

Postby Rustynutt » Wed Aug 08, 2018 4:50 am

Just did a repair on a Falcon where someone had removed the mini jack from the motherboard and put two RCA audio out jacks on the rear of the case. All the boost parts were removed, so just ran the lines with ferrite bead to the jack's audio +/- pads (had to jump one pad as there is a resistor I guess used OEM). Sounded good anyway.

Parts I ordered were from DIGI-KEY P/N CP1-3523NG-ND.
80 cents each. Perfect replacement.
Have two left if anyone can't order for some reason.
