the topic title says it all! i have the AdSCSI already, am i ok to buy a SCSI2SD and use it to built an SD card reader that i can plug into my Atari STE via the DMA cable off the adSCSI?

I have no personal experience with it, but from what I have read/heard it works very well.

It will work well as long as you remember to disable parity on the SCSI2SD.

Btw I have a SCSI2SD and writing speed is rather poor, around 500Kb/s IIRC. The Ultrasatan is not much more expensive and much faster.

There's also GigaFile, works both as ACSI/SCSI unit depending on what cable you use.
