Looking for STos

Postby TetsueoTux » Thu Jul 01, 2004 12:23 am

Hi guys i'm brand new to this forum and was wondering if anyone might be able to help me 8O

I've been searching for a working disk image of stos basic to work on an emulator...I really want to get back into stos programming again even though its been years since i last used it....

Anyways i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction of some place on the net where i could download it. I would be really greatfull.

Thanks :D

Thank you so much, you wouldnt believe how long i have been trying to find this program on the net. I tested the image files on Winston and they work without a problem.

Thank you again :D

PS. Just out of curiousity...you wouldnt happen to know anywhere online where i could find an electronic manul for it ?

I don't know if this is useful for you but I have a folder called "Stuff" on my computer which contains various strange files. Some of them were named Stos*.zip. In anycase I bundled them up for you here.

Hope its of any use.

Thank you silver i'm greatfull for any tutorials on stos. The last time i used it was when i was 13 so i have a lot to re-learn, plus programming on an emulator isn't exactly the best enviroment...hopefully i'll find an atari ste soon though.

Thanks again :D

Gryzor you have the stos manual among your stuff...thats what i'm really looking for at the minute. As for the rest of the stuff listed, i honestly couldnt say what they are used for in stos, but it has been roughly around ten years since i last used stos. 8O

My God ten long years. Damn i feel old now lol

Thanks
