Regarding the SuperVidel video benchmarks, if you mean possible resolutions, we currently run 1680x1050x16bit 60Hz every day. 1920x1080 should be the upper limit of what the video clock system can handle, but is definitely possible. The hardware already supports 32bit as well in all resolutions, but we're currently working on the NVDI patch for this, so we don't use it every day yet.
The SuperVidel also outputs dual screen, via a DVI-I connector, so you get one analog and one digital screen output. A splitter cable available at ebay then separates these into a D-SUB + DVI-D connector. You can mount the connectors at the back of your case. We have at most run two 1680x1050x16bit screens at the same time.
The small ethernet board is called Svethlana, and is connected via a small flat cable from the rear end right corner of the SuperVidel board. You can then screw the Svethlana to the back of your original falcon case.

Unfortunately we don't have a CTPCI (though we ordered one long ago), so we can't give any detailed answers regarding mechanical fitting and compatibility right now. But the SuperVidel is easily upgradable, WITHOUT any cables needed, so it is no big deal to improve CTPCI compatibility if problems should arise. Of course assuming that a problem doesn't really need to be solved in the CTPCI...
