Did you see any where ( as in other sites) on the dimensions of the various Pico PSU ?
it seems size does matters.

For what I read you'd better have a small one efficient than a lazy big one : does size really matter?

I have a 160w Pico PSU ; it is 3.7 cm tall. Mounted on the CT60e board it reaches 5 cm above the Falcon board in total. The clearance without shielding below the top cover is 5 cm, so it's fitting without margin.
I believe that's the maximum size if you want to keep the original case.

Why would you put this in your TT? I re-capped my original TT PSU with Exxos's cap kit and it works like a charm. I would hate to use Pico's unless forced to (like in the ct60 for instance).

Why not? They're not bad PSUs, at least not the one I bought. I'll still have my original PSU so it's reversible.
