I've spent several weeks straight working on 5 Falcons, bringing them back to operational state from neglect. In each, a CT60, CT63e and SV have been tested (to document status).
So yes, experience the RST issue, but it wasn't a main concern.
What I did discover is somewhere a CAP is holding charge, and until it drains, the RST issue, as it were, exist.
You an see this yourself by observing the fan on your 060. Power off the supply, then press the Falcon RST button. 100% of the time, my fan moves slightly. 95% of the time, the CT rebots 1st try. When it doesn't, it will after killing power source, RST Falcon (not 100% required) and booting.
Some of the Falcons have the RST cap mod, some didn't. No difference.
Must be a pull down resistor somewhere not doing it job to bleed off stored charge.
Your mileage may vary.
