Yes: I think it was never in, but don't worry I added it to last version.

To be exact - it was in latest official STeem release 3.2, then disappeared when STeem became open sourced and we already discussed this here - viewtopic.php?f=94&t=21634&p=198859#p198859 - item r65, but you postponed to implement it...
