Any check-list of what is being worked on "today" for Firebee?

Postby AtariSociety » Fri Mar 11, 2016 10:27 pm

Just curious if there is any check-list of know projects folks are working on, "today" or fairly recently and still being worked on, for Firebee progress.

Things like FPGA and making certain ports work, etc....

I know it is mostly user based support for Firebee but would be nice to know who appears to be working on what, etc...

Seen a number of Firebee's come up for sale recently and just wonder if some folks have just decided not much going on or?

I used to own one and did sell it. Was in a need for $ for something else so sold mine.

Kinda wish I had kept it but.... it became expendable for me as not much I was really doing with it.

FPGA seems like so much happening in MIST world and would be cool to have something like that with the Firebee. Maybe make it more useful today while other stuff slowly gets worked on.

Just curious if all.

Tom

Hmmm, see no list of tasks and who may be working on them, etc. I do visit this site for any current info but what I asked if there was is a more detailed list of maybe goals or tasks , if someone is working on the task, etc..

Thanks

Tj

I think the closest to a developer list is at the AtariForge project page

http://atariforge.org/gf/project/firebee/

The developers are listed on the right sidebar.

It would be nice to have sharply focused goals with the people assigned to them clearly laid out for the public to see. It would focus the efforts and allow clearer communication.

But then again, maybe everything is lying dormant. It's hard to tell from the outside. I mean look at this page: http://atariforge.org/gf/project/firebee/tracker/

To-Do lists, Bugs, Support, Patches and Feature Requests...all empty, 0 posts.

P.S. If there are already such project plans and goal roadmaps, then I apologize. I couldn't find them online...I am not trying to criticize either, just trying to answer the OPs question. I love the firebee project
