Atari Unix boots on TT030

Postby tenox » Mon Jul 14, 2014 2:31 am

Video: Atari System V Unix boots up on TT030

http://vimeo.com/100657320

The quality is little crappy because the video capture hardware doesn't like TT-HIGH too much. I will try to improve.

Didn't start mine for a while, but if my memory doesn't fool me, your video is a bit accelerated?

I believe to remember it takes at least twice the time you showed to come up.

Wow, very nice- would love to give that a try some day! I went straight from my ST to SUN SPARCstations at Uni, although I quite often logged in to one remotely from an ST. What are the minimum specs to run this?

TT late motherboard model, I think 8MB TT RAM minimum. You need TT-HIGH to see X Window session.
