I'm looking for a sprite animator for my next project, Its a platform based game and the sprites are already to go, they just need "framing" so that they can simply be copied into a program. As it stands the sprites are in several PI1 files and I am having a great deal of difficulty making the sprites fluid and getting them into the correct X,Y positions.
I assume those with sprite knowledge will probably have their own tools for this type of work too...
There is no need to worry about palette or designing new frames, all the frames are there, they just need a talented sprite artist to fix them into the correct X,Y positions with the standard size boxes around them showing the sprite size in multiples of 16.
I have tried several times to do this myself but I honestly lack the experience and it would take a lifetime of trial and error.
If you are interested in being part of a new game project that is large in scope then please feel free to either quote me here or PM me. The only thing I ask is that if you are willing to work on the graphics then a certain amount of discretion is required. The game i am making is fairly big and is currently at the very beginning of being written so I dont want to divulge information about it yet to too many people because I don't want to get peoples hopes up (or set myself up for a massive fall). If the project fails the artwork will still be immensly important to other programmers who may wish to take this project on in the future, so nothing will be lost if it all goes wrong .. which it won't
