"Atari Legend" - wrong data for "Boulder Smas

Postby Omikronman » Wed Aug 15, 2007 2:26 pm

Hi there,

I had a look into the Atari Legend site and found my game Boulder Smash for the ST/STE. Unfortunately all contact email addresses did not work so I write here to give you the correct info data for the game:

Publisher: Markus Binder
Year: 1993
Genre: Arcade
Graphics: Markus Binder
Programming: Markus Binder
Beta-testing: Michael Friedl
Similar Games: Boulder Dash

Thank you!
Markus

Thanks for the correction, i'm updating the page.
You say you are the publisher. Was it a commercial game (ie available in store, not a freeware or a shareware game)?

Dear Brume,

the very first time Boulder Smash ST was a shareware game, but after so many years it is freeware now, and everyone who likes may play the full ST/STE version (66 levels total) that is shown on the Atari Legend page. :-)

Even if it is freeware now, it is not allowed to make any money with it: It is not allowed to sell it on any media (CD, DVD ...) without the permission of me, the author.

Markus

ok Markus, thanks for the infos :)
I asked you the question about the publisher because on AL website the publisher is mentioned only if the game was sold in store (commercial). In all other cases, we just write it was a non-commercial. We don't make a distinction between shareware and freeware (but it may happen one day, who knows?).
Take care.
