Do you plan on staying with STOS, or intend to move to asm? Either way, would like to see more!
I'm in the transitional phase lol...
Im learning ASM but its not really at a stage where I can do any meaningful stuff, my STOS code on the other hand is starting to reach its limits.. i.e I am starting to learn what "can't" be done.
Sure I could write some nice games and better demo's in STOS but ASM will be a long way off, I dont have too mcuh time atm. I'd rather be productive as well as having my head in several books lol.
Besides, any coder worth their salt will tell you they use pseudocode to plan, STOS BASIC is just an extension of this I suppose.
The reason why I like using STOS; if you know the limits you can play within the boundaries... and the turn over time for productions is really quick.
Believe this or not, this demo started at about 6am and was uploaded around 18 hours later.. something that CANT be done in ASM unless you really know your stuff!!
