I need a disk that should have come with a another book...

Hi,

I just got hold of a book called "Learning C - Programming graphics on the AMIGA and ATARI ST" by Marc B. Sugiyama and Christopher D. Metcalf, published by Compute.

In the back of the book there was a order form for a disk containing all the source code in the book and compiled versions of all progs. Does anybody out there have this disk? If so can I have it? Or a copy or image file of it?

Anyone?
