What is the function of the first 27 bytes of 68000 routine «$601A00000100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000»

IIRC $60xx is a bra.s opcode, so you'll have to look 0x1a bytes ahead for more code

ok, it works just as well without its bytes.
This is why I wonder usefulness of its bytes

The TOS header is defined. There are flags and stuff as well. Don't mess with it, nothing good comes out of it.
