it's extremly hard to compare the two systems, and even harder with numbers! ( twice or more ). What feature are you speaking? If you speak about CPU power, SNES is more than twice slower than AMIGA Of course SNES is a lot better regarding hardware sprites.
I would not go into snes vs amiga battle but SNES in terms of CPU is really powerful, it has more dedicated processors: CPU: 16-bit 65C816; APU: 16-bit S-DSP; 8-bit 6502 (with 4-bit swap instruction, and an 8-by-8-to-16-bit multiply instruction). It has much more colors, more sprites, 16bit sound, GPU chip.
actually amiga is really cool piece of hardware, but IMO it was just a game console with a keyboard (it was created as a console and in most of cases was used nothing more than a game console). Therefore IMO when we would like compare a game capabilities, we should rather compare apples to apples.
