Is SainT unable to write to floppy?

Postby AnakiMana » Fri Mar 15, 2013 8:07 am

Hi, I can't seem to do anything in SainT that includes writing to an emulated disk. Is that normal for this emulator?

Thanks,
AnakiMana

I gave up on the SainT emulator and am now using Steem SSE 3.5.0 with the Pasti DLL. I had the same problem in Steem until I figured out where to configure Pasti and turn off the read-only option.

Maybe that will help someone else.

Hi,

Sorry for delay I'm not really often on that forum. Yes SainT does support the disk write but only on .ST and .MSA images.

Btw stay tuned for a new incoming SainT version with a cool features... :)

Thanks leonard, I'll certainly check it out.

Is there a reason for not supporting disk write with pasti .STX images?

Absolutly not. I didn't know that PASTI support disk write anyway. I'll probably have a look at it.
