D-Bug 189 released

Postby Showaddywaddy » Sun Jan 08, 2006 10:37 pm

Happy New Year.

The menus keep on coming.

First a quite rare game - "Orbiter" by Spectrum Holobyte, rare in the fact that I'd never seen a crack of this ancient game. However, I understand good old New Mode/Delta Force (in his shadier days!) cracked it, but I've never seen the disk. So here it is, cracked by our occasional collaborator GGN/KÜA (yeah .. he coded the fab menu on 178!). Thanks to Skinhead/ICS for the original.

Other goodies include a nice Horizontal arcade game - "Well 'ard" (now fully unlocked thanks to the author)

"The Adventures of Alice who went through the Looking Glass and came back, though not much changed", keen fans would have seen that on 188 v1 ;) and another text adventure "In the Year 2093". Thanks to Simon Sunnyboy for these adventures.

Yeah.. I love the intro too... and believe it or not... there's no MFP accesses involved.

Keili..

No :) I needed a rest from my other massive project, so I thought I'd churn out another D-Bug menu... no promises about timescales for the next one though...

However the other project will definitely be released soon.

I remember when Andy wrote it, seem to remember he was quite pleased with his efforts.

BTW, if you wiggle the mouse then it chooses alice thru the looking glass on the menu, on xsteem at least.
