Saint with Gamebase ST : bug ?

Postby bricebrice » Sat Dec 09, 2006 10:35 pm

Hi there.

I can't make Saint work with Gamebase ST. :oops:
Did some of you manage it ?

I have GB 1.1 and the gamebase 1.2b archive installed.
When I configure the emulator with the wizard mode, everything works fine.
I have configured paths to games, musics, etc.
When i launch games with Steem : everythings works well.

But when I select Saint on the "play button" it just does not work.

When I click "play", a popup tells : "unable to find specified autorun file !".

I tried many things (updating the GEMU file...), but I just can't make Saint works in GB wich is driving me nuts !

I use the standard Stain.txt GEMU : ;************************************
;* SainT v1.61 GEMUS Script *
;* (c) The GBST Team *
;* 04 April 2004 *
;************************************
;
; PLEASE SET YOUR EMULATOR PROPERTIES AS FOLLOWS:
;
; Emulator File: SAINT.EXE
; Associated File (1): Gamebase.INI
; Use Short Filenames: NO
; File Types: ST;MSA

If GameType CONTAINS(st||msa)
;force default gamebase.ini file to autorun
Add_CLP(-autorun gamebase.ini)
;load the selected game image
Set_INI_Value(1||Disks||DriveA||%gamepathfile%)

;Check for Disk B
If NumGameFiles > 1
Set_INI_Value(1||Disks||DriveB||%gamepathfile(1)%)
End If

;Run the Emulator
Run_Emulator()
Else

;invalid game file type
Show_Message(GAME_NOT_SUPPORTED%crlfx2%Supported types: ST, MSA)

End If

THANKS for your help

OK, I got it : changed the script :

Set_INI_Value(1| ... => Set_INI_Value(%emupath%\saint.ini| ...

thanks for this great project and please make it live !
