This person already emailed me back. They use Nichicon Capacitors. Are these good? and they use 20% grater values than are on the caps being replaced. Is that good for our ST's?

Nichicon are my favorite for many reasons and I use them when I can. My two Stacy boards and PSUs are exclusively Nichicon. 65USD including parts is reasonable.

Greater values are generally ok. Many times it means better ESR. On the downside it can mean larger physical size.

$65 USD for a recap is a good deal. There's quite some work involved. Opening the machine up, getting all the old caps out, putting new ones in, running tests and finally putting the machine back together again. Add to that also the packing and shipping. $65 USD is a definitely a good deal!

Nichicon is considering one of the top capacitor brands. Higher values (capacitance) is usually not a problem but may affect some timing related circuits, such as the reset circuitry of the main board or the switch mode control loop of the PSU.
