The interesting question would be...

What _IS_ a reasonable price?

Can't answer what is a reasonable price. But what is the average eBay price today is ~£400

I would tend to agree, unless it is one of the C-Lab variants which tend to offer a higher price, but then these come up for sale left often as you may expect! I wouldn't pay much more than this, unless you really want to be ripped off [subject to opinion I guess]! Actually if it was me, I 100% would not pay more than this. I always wanted a Falcon and I paid £280 a couple of years ago, and was somewhat fortunate at this price as they were typically going for around £350 then, although it was a pretty bare but pristine conditioned Falcon, without an IDE hard drive, but at least it had 14mb.

Of course it goes without saying the consideration of exchange rates etc... and the prices such products may demand in one country to another.

...I might have an Atari Falcon with CENTRAM 14 Mb RAM, 32 Mb EDO FastRAM, CT2 rev A, 50 MHz FPU, additional fans for stability, CF IDE adapter slot added to the rear (easy swap of the CF card), 4 Gb CF card with custom Hushi driver, VGA adapter, Mario Beechroft's AT keyboard and serial mouse (works with some PS2 mice, too) adapter enclosed in the case, PS2 to serial adapter and PS2 wheel mouse, original Atari mouse, CAF - audio clock, DSP 50 Mhz patch (no cracks), new NVRAM battery (patched old chip), painted in Ferrari red :)
I think it would be far better for it to be in some coder/developer's hands than to just sit here

Just saw 2 again passing here in NL, but they really all ask +400 euro for it. And that's a standard machine with no extra's
The last of the 2 was also in really sorry state, dis-colored and all. Wouldn't pay 400 euro for that.
Made them both an reasonable offer but No deal...
