Welcome aboard. I'm sure we've got a few Atari ST fans down under .. there's even an Atari Computer Club being run somewhere (they part in the ST Offline Tournaments) and, from memory, there's a guy called Womble who mentioned (on another forum, The Retro Computer Museum) that he's got a spare ST (not sure of the spec though). I'll point him to this thread.

I deleted your duplicate post too. Your next two posts will have to be moderated first before they'll appear so post. Just our anti-spamming rules kicking in for new members.

I culled my collection a while back so have no spare STEs anymore. You wouldnt happen to have an STFM case going spare would you? Its a long shot but there are not many Atarians in Oz these days, I think the Melbourne Atari Club folded back in 05, not 100% sure tho.

Actually, i have a spare 1040STFM case sitting here. (Upper and lower case)

Not perfect.. ala reasonably yellowed, and marked from storage. But unmodified/drilled/etc. But can't find the shielding. (Have the lower/bottom motherboard piece though)

For the cost of postage its yours.

ST

pic, looks a little yellower in the pic. But a sound case minus screws.

Oooh thanks, could you take a photo of the floppy end tho, I seem to recall there were a load of different floppy eject button configurations, but if this is the right one I will definitely take you up on the offer.

Where abouts in Oz are you? I am in Melbourne.

Perfect!!!! You sure you don't want anything for it. Its not any more yellowed than the case it will replace, tho it may end up as my 1st retrobright project. Will be good to fix up my old FM, I did all my A Levels on it when I was a youngun in the UK.

I should pop down but time is v short at the moment, mini Womble was born 2 weeks ago.

In the next few weeks I will be posting views of my nearly complete toyroom with a couple of very unusual Atari items in it, you are welcome to drop in if you are ever passing this way.

I will PM you my address and we can sort out postage. :)

I know all about mini Wombles. :D , Our second girl is now a whopping 7mths old.

I'll find out the price for delivery. Answers via PM to avoid cluttering up this thread.
Shouldn't be too much.

This case is of no use to me, take it away to a good home.

Cheers,
