My "new" toys.
Happy to add a real 1040STfm (TOS 1.0) to my Atari computer family. I had a 520ST in the past but it's gone long time ago. Still have many ST game disks, most of them did not work on my Falcons.
I'm also very happy with this GFA Basic and Assembler book. A great source of information about assembly programming for the ST. I should have had this 25 years ago.
Also bought a new sticker label for a Falcon030 with missing badge.

Yesterday the OSSC (Open Source Scan Converter) arrived here.
It is sort of deluxe upscaler like Framemeister.
The OSSC is a device which converts analog video (VGA, RGB Scart) signals to digital hdmi/dvi video signal.
For me this is an extra impulse for the retro hobby. I got a huge professional NEC 30" monitor on my desk for my pc. The problem was it accepted only digital signals so I needed a second old VGA monitor for the Falcon.
That old VGA monitor stood in a corner so nog very handy. Now with the OSSC I can connect the Falcon to the big monitor right in front of my chair. Second plus is it is super sharp and colours are fantastic.
It must be possible to use RGB modes but I haven't got an RGB connector for the Falcon yet.
ST with scart connector must be possible. Have to test that.
I tested the Atari Jaguar and it looks absulutely brilliant.
The image does not show how good it is, believe me it looks amazing.
