Yeah, saw that too. I'm pretty sure that's from the 8-bit era. No idea what though.

Weird, looks more to me to be probably from probably the early Tramiel era, since it has the gray color that was more associated with the ST/XE time period.

I would probably buy it if it weren't for the 50 bucks in shipping. There is already a bid on it, hopefully someone on the forum buys it and figures it out. It does have a hard drive, so I'm betting it is an ST of some type. The HD even looks like the one that came with my Mega STe.
Atari 8Bits: 800xl, 600xl, XEGS, 800, 130xe, 130xe (fully upgraded (soon!))
Atari STs: 1040STf (broken shifter), 1040STe, Mega STe, TT030, Falcon (CT60e, SuperVidel)

Yeah the logo etc looked 8-bit to me.
Didn't pay much attention to the internals mind...

It's an external hard drive caddy. It dates post 8-bit. Probably not Atari. Certainly NOT a computer

There were a couple of threads at Atariage. The consensus is that the only Atari thing is the badge.

One of the stickers on the pictured board says "Berkeley Microsystems". Google finds remains of information that this once was a manufacturer of external ACSI hard drive units.
