Your desks are too clean. Where's the crap? Your floors however, are put to good use. Having a computer in the bathroom is a bit odd (and so is having a toilet/shower in an office). It's a little too convenient.

But anyway, I'm sure I've seen these images before?

I remember the second one. It says: "Nothing can keep me away from my computer!" .

OK, here's my desk, done seconds ago. You can see the actual threat.

Oooh, you've got the same monitor as me; an HP 2207. How ok do you find the colours on it?

Hey Stefan,

You have an EPROM programmer? I'm looking for one atm. How much was it, what sort is it?

Aly :-)

I've got one for the Atari ST if you want it Alison? You're more likely to use it than I am. Was sent to me last year by ICS from Germany so it'll need adapting to a UK plug but how you use it and what you use with it - I've no idea :)
My main site: http://www.mug-uk.co.uk - slowly digging up the bits from my past (and re-working a few): Atari ST, Sega 8-bit (game hacks) and NDS (Music ripping guide).

I develop a free Word (for Windows) add-in that's available for Word 2007 upwards. It's a fix-it toolbox that will allow power Word users to fix document errors. You can find it at: http://www.mikestoolbox.co.uk

It's an Superpro 3000U from Xeltek i have... it supports over 43000 devices so i will probably never need another one :)
It costed £330 when i bought it in 2005, maybe it's cheaper nowdays as it's successor(superpro 5000) has been released?

Thanks for the link, will have a look at that.
As for the colours, I dropped the contrast on the custom setting down to 60 as it was far to bright, although I never used any device to calibrate it, colours looks good to me.

Edit - Do you use the speakers on the hp, I find the sound very flat, unless I doing something wrong (setting?)

My neater desk is downstairs and has the laptop and two scanners (one a book scanner and the other a document scanner) - won't show the upstairs set-up of the two PC's as it's a total mess - not even 'organised chaos' would come close to describing it :)

Note the Atari coaster ;) This is an old photo actually - I now have a Samsung widescreen LCD, and little switchbox by the monitor to flick between Atari Mono and med/lowres, and a larger switchbox to flick between Atari Mono and my PC VGA.

Oh, and the turntable and pioneer deck on the right have swapped places.

I can't believe I've only just found out that if you click on a pic that has scrollbars on it, it expands to full size. I must be an eediot! 8O

And there was me scrolling the pics fours times to see the whole thing. Doh!
