Okay, here it is.

http://rapidshare.com/files/82765045/bu ... S.zip.html

Enjoy it everyone, and thank Mr. Greenwood for this stuff.

For those who weren't following this thread, this archive contains all of Stosser software's releases, including games and diskmags, as well as source code for most of it. It also contains some unreleased applications and lots of various docs and hard-to-find STOS info. Almost every STOS extension can be found in here too.

EDIT: I would very much enjoy to see this entire archive mirrored somewhere more permanent. I want everyone to be able to download this far into the future. I'd also like to see the unreleased content within posted and explained on the forgottencreations site if possible. Thanks in advance!

I've got accounts at FileFactory and DepositFiles if you need them? Think they can hold files that size.
My main site: http://www.mug-uk.co.uk - slowly digging up the bits from my past (and re-working a few): Atari ST, Sega 8-bit (game hacks) and NDS (Music ripping guide).

I develop a free Word (for Windows) add-in that's available for Word 2007 upwards. It's a fix-it toolbox that will allow power Word users to fix document errors. You can find it at: http://www.mikestoolbox.co.uk

It's already up. It just needs a permanent, public home now. Thanks for the offer though.

Thanks Bullis. just downloaded it.

Think about http://www.110mb.com for hosting it. Free, no ads, 5gb space with unlimited bandwidth, php but no mysql unless you pay a bit extra. Plus they won't mind you sharing it cos you were given it by the copyright holder.

Have you ever heard of Apidya by Kaiko? I've gotten ahold of the developers for a few more "lost" ST games and I'll have some hopefully definitive info about where they are.

Will play safe and get it up to Depositfiles for the time being. Nice collection too.

I know, I've spent hours and hours going through it and reading diskmags and trying out code. I personally extracted everything, and burned the archive to CD for easy use on my Atari.

Nice one bullis1! :D I shall download this tonight and have a play over the weekend - definately interested in showcasing some unfinished software!

I'd imagine the STOS site guys would be interested in this too.
Storm Clouds over the Western Front - my WW1 2D dogfighting game for windows
2D Flight Sims - side scrolling aerial combat games

I'm hoping this is dissected and posted there. The STOS community needs a little rejuvenation. Maybe I'll even (finally) release something original now that I've got all these great articles and diskmags to help me out

Atari.org have been kind enough to host the file:

ftp://ftp.atari.org/pub/stos/bullis1_TGreenwoodSTOS.zip

big thanks to Partycle for that.

He also said if someone wants to make some kind of STOS preservation site they can host it stos.atari.org & include the above stuff & whatever else there might be. I'm not very up on the state of play of STOS sites or what there is out there but maybe that would be of some help to someone.

Thanks sh3.

I'd love to have a site at Atari.org for various things, but I don't know enough about just STOS for me to be any good at maintaining a site about it.

I may have some other rare STOS goodies too. Some games by Canadian designers that were never shared online. I have to recover the disks though.

A guy I went to college with done a puzzle game in STOS called pon-a-pon & another guy done an AMOS conversion of it too.

One day I may upload my crappy STOS efforts :-)
