Ocean France, I did find some graphics for this a while back, I think the arcade machine is 68k based as well.

Paul Woakes (Mercenary Fame) apparently had a 3D version of Asteriods running, called Skeltar, but could'nt work a decent game into the impressive 3D engine.....
