I've got a video up... My first playtest in Easy mode.
Started playing again today in normal mode and loving it so much. However, now it's driving me insane atm as I cannot get by the screen seen in the recording right at the end. ARGHHH!!! Just had to walk away for 5 mins. lol

Love this game!!

Thank you for this review, it was pleasant to read.
As for the control, it was designed this way on the ST because the Atari Joystick only have one button.
On Megadrive there are 3 buttons that are used for inventory and jump (and not mapped on the dpad)
Now, the game is meant to be played on a real joystick, it's really not made for a classic dpad :)

The game is really great. I like it very much. Thanks.
But it would be nice if it also supports jagpad. Then you have has 3 buttons and dpad like the controller from Megadrive.

Here is a 3D printed test for Shun's figure of the Escape 2042 Atari STe collectors edition. (the plastic will have the correct color in the final version)
Image

For the boxed version of the game collector's edition would you rather have:
- A 3D printed figure ?
- A nice Poster ?
- Set of Postcards ?
- Just the game (no collector edition) !

OMG! SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!! :-D

Orion_ I would definitely prefer the 3D printed figure for my desk. This is already becoming a cult game character for me. What a great idea. I feel like a little kid at christmas :-D

Are the floppy images that come with the download 720k or less? It would be a deal breaker for me if they were 800kb images...

Hello,
I updated the files so the Atari STe version should also be compatible with the Atari Falcon !
Please report any bugs with this new version as I don't have a real Falcon to fully test the game.
Enjoy !

Anyone tested on Falcon ?
I just tested again on my STe and it seems like I have sound problem that never appeared before, I wonder if it's because of the new update I made.
I will investigate this in the coming days, sorry for the inconvenience !

I only tried it briefly on my falcon, but it worked flawlessly.

I made a small update, now the Harddrive version of the game should work properly with HDDriver.
Also, small improvement detection of the Falcon version, please tell me if you encounter any bug.

Is the game identical on Ste and Falcon ? Or did you enhance it for the Falcon ?
