TOS 2.06 Spanish & TOS 3.06 Spanish

Thanks to the fantastic work of Thorsten Otto, we can enjoy, after many years, these versions of the operating system of the computers Atari in 16 as in 32 bits.
Thorsten Otto has been in charge of collecting the existing source code of the TOS, adding, thanks to the decompile of the original roms, that code that was missing.
Using the tools of the time, the Alcyon compiler, has gotten this code to generate exactly the same rom as they could compile it in Atari in the 90s.

Thanks to the preservation of the Spanish version 2.05 of TOS, it was able to recover the original translations in our language.

Thank again Thorsten Otto for his work on this project, which has resulted in the preservation of these versions of the TOS in Spanish.
Preservation or development, since there is so far, physical proof that these versions come to circulate in real machines.

This code, at the same time, opens the doors to possible modifications and improvements of the TOS, that would already be integrated in the system directly ... AES update, support to the year 2000, support IDE, RTC, etc ...

Greetings to all and enjoy your dear Atari with these new versions.

I'm not sure whether the word 'preservation' is correct here -- you can't preserve something which hadn't existed before. :)

This code, at the same time, opens the doors to possible modifications and improvements of the TOS, that would already be integrated in the system directly ... AES update, support to the year 2000, support IDE, RTC, etc ...

Only if you're willing to risk (very unlikely but still) a lawsuit from Atari, Inc.
