Yes, worms on the Falcon. It's been in the works for some time, and has been presented on last years OFAM:

http://forum.atari-home.de/index.php?to ... #msg199225

(Text by Chris, translation by Ektus):
Firts off, INSANE presented his new game for the Atari Falcon (ideally with CT60) and released a beta version. It should be known by gamers on other platforms: WORMS by Team 17. For those not knowing it: It's a rounds-based fun game, similar to Ballerburg, where up to four players try to annihilate the opposing team. Add-ons like Kamikaze, Sheep and Banana Bombs provide variation, exiting games and lots of fun.

To put it short: WORMS was a great success and the participants were excited! It's especially remarkable that INSANE has disassemled the Mac version of Worms and ported it to the Falcon. Additionally, he's integrated the game with the sound tracks from the Jaguar version, the format of which he's decoded also. The final work on now practically bug-free beta version has taken place immediatly prior to the publication on OFAM. In my opinion, it's the BEST WORMS EVER! And thats not all: INSANE was able to get official permission from Team 17 to publish a non-commercial version of his port!

The OFAM is in full swing, the new TT IDE interface and Fast-RAM cards by Tuxie can be viewed in action, currently we are approx. 15 people. More info in German on the Atari-Home.de Forum, which sadly currently isn't available due to server problems :-(

IDE interface... would it not be better if they could make it to a SATA interface. i am sure it will be easier to find sata than ide... and sata is being replaced nowadays by M.2

Considering that PATA (IDE) to SATA bridges are available for less than 5 Euro, I don't think it's worth the considerable design effort that would be required to build a native SATA solution for the Atari. Probably, nobody would want to pay the resulting price of such a solution, anyway...

For TT best solution is an CF card. If someone wants much more GB will be able to pay IDE-SATA converter. SATA will live longer than most of TTs, I'm afraid.

Where can you get the Worms conversion for Falcon? You say it's released, but I couldn't find it on the net...

Worms is NOT released yet. There are still some thing to fine tune and bug fix - I'll make an announcement as soon as it is ready.
You need a CT60 for Worms though
