Wanted TOS 3.05 SPANISH.

Postby Atarieterno » Sun Jan 29, 2017 1:35 pm

Hello everyone;
Please, I need an image of the TOS 3.05 SPANISH to record it on the four chips of the Atari TT.
Does anyone have it?
Greetings.

afaik there is no spanish version of the 3.05, nor 3.06, it seems the 3.05 has never been dumped in any language.

I have English TOS 3.05 that I could probably dump if someone would like that and can point me to the proper way to dump it. Granted I'd have to pull out the 3.06 that I put in there somewhat recently and put 3.05 back in.

Please do. There's no 3.05 ROM anywhere to be found. IIRC, the DUMP_ROM.ZIP should work on every TOS.

Okay, so ended up playing Lego Dimensions with my younger brother last night, so here is the dump now!

DUMP_ROM.PRG just seemed to crash.

Strange, it certainly doesn't crash in Hatari + 3.06UK. However, there's another problem - it also saves only first 256 KB! (as TOS.ROM file)

Is there any reliable, all TOS compatible, tool for this job?

Ha, you are right, for some reason I was think8ng the older STs had 128k ROM and the TT is 256k. But I think that was the early Macs. TT should have 512k and ealier ones were 256k.

Good thing I didn't already swap back the 3.06 ones I got for the Thunderstorm. If we can find a working dumper, I will try again.

viewtopic.php?f=8&t=32587 points out it doesn't work on the TT. Maybe AtariZoll will add the detection in.

Now that I have three threads that I've posted this into, hopefully it's not lost :P
