Does anyone have a copy of this? It was by either "The Demolition Crew" or "Total Destruction".

I can't find reference to it anywhere, except in a review from the June '92 issue of Public Domain magazine. It was apparently available from "David Paulling PD" - review here: http://imgur.com/p7rKIYa
