Best TT Demo out there?

Postby FatRakoon » Sun Jan 04, 2009 5:48 pm

Im looking for a demo that will run on the TT and that shows the power of the TT.

Not just ST or STE demos that can run on a TT but TT specific if possible???

Any suggestions ?

Thanks.

So far I only know two real TT demos:

- Beams from TSCC (there is a special TT version) - you can get it on Ray's site:
http://freenet-homepage.de/ray.tscc/demos.htm

- "TT wars", a demo which plays sound and animations from the "Star Wars" movie.

Thothy & Lotek_Style

Ok, beams it is then...

No, the TT is one of those computers that kind of started off life not knowing the plan of action and just kind of stayed that way!

I just want to see what a good coder can actually do with it to show that its not just a "fast ST".

ADDITIONAL

Of course, Lotek_Style blowing your own trumpet... And why not?

I have downloaded it, will have a look at it on both the Falcon and the TT ( Unless I am mistaken of course ) and I just had a look at it on yoochoob and Im very impressed...

Nice one!

Hatari's compatibility list contains some TT demos, almost all of them are already mentioned though:
http://hg.tuxfamily.org/mercurialroot/h ... l#TT_demos

Hatari's the only emulator emulating TT, and as you can see from the list, that emulation still needs quite a bit of work.

I don't believe there's that many but Demozoo usually has the answer I find. HTH
