Probably the Falcon was way ahead of its time, making Surround Sound possible in the early days.. Though never heared anyone mention that, almost nothing to read about it, and most important, NEVER heared Any surround music made with that program.
So basically, any info is more then welcome.

It is software only, however as with all Soundpool software it will either need a dongle or the original floppy disk inserted when starting the software.

Thank you very much, dbsys, a demo is better than having nothing.
Someday we will collect all that collection of SoundPool software.

SoundPool were by and large an Atari only company. However some of their products were universal, such as their Sample Rate Converters, Sync Boxes etc... found at the bottom of the page: http://atari.soundpool.de/prod_e.htm. What I don't remember was their Mac and PC PCI cards, but they are listed on the same page. Of course they also did the SoundPool Audio Workstation which I think, if memory serves came as a standalone rack, or as simply a re-cased Falcon. So 90% of their focus was Atari, but they had a few 'fringe' products.
Atari Falcon 14mb, 68882, Dual 8gb CF, Steinberg FDI & Analog 8
Atari Jaguar, Rotary controller, Skunkboard & Cat Box
Atari 520STFM 4mb, TOS 2.06 switcher, OverScan, GigaFile, PARCP-USB, Unicorn-USB, System Solutions MiniS HD, SyQuest drives, ICD Link II, PhatBoy MIDI Controller, Philip Rees 5M MIDI merge box, SoundPool MO4, Steinberg MIDEX, SMP II, Emagic Log 3, C-Lab Unitor 2, Combiner & Export expanders

SoundPool is another vital organ for the Atari musicians, as well as Hybrid Arts, Steinberg, C-Lab (eMagic), etc.

They are pieces of the past that I am rescuing from the floppy disks that circulated when we had many illusions and little money.
Try them.

The program you were looking for is linked here:

Here is btw a nice topic about an Atari Jaguar game, that seems encoded in dolby surround. With a 5.1 decoder it is 5.1 surround, according to this topic.

Were these games developed on a Falcon?

Thanks guys for the posts here (particularly the Soundpool application files).
I've mirrored the site to my own website and updated the download area to show the files I've found on AF.
Any blanks or extra downloads you have please share!
